Last night, the 2010 Pilton Party was held in the village. The event is put on by the Glastonbury organisers to thank local residents for their help with the Festival. Funds raised from the Party are ploughed into local community projects – including the running costs of the Pilton Parish Hall, the Pilton Working Men’s Club and Pilton Playing Fields Association.

Op Lowlands 2009 tekende hij bij Excelsior en op zijn debuutalbum wordt het jongste paard begeleid door ervaren ruiters uit die labelstal als Jacob de Greeuw, Anne Soldaat, Jeroen Kleijn en Matthijs van Duijvenbode. ma 30-08-10 15:14 – Önder roept net zo vaak ‘geld’ tot de biljetten vanzelf uit de lucht komen dwarrelen, en dat gaat de komende tijd vast gebeuren. Al was het maar figuurlijk. De rapper speelt slim balletje balletje met Engels en Nederlands, beatmaker FS Green levert een set beats waar iedere rapper blij mee zou zijn

do 19-08-10 12:27 – Je kunt moeilijk zeggen dat The Long Way Back, het debuutalbum van Moss, een slechte plaat was. Dat was het niet. Het was een zorgvuldig gesmede gitaarliedjesplaat, een warm bandalbum met een singer-songwriterziel, waar jarenlang met toewijding aan gewerkt was.

wo 18-08-10 16:27 – De boodschap die achter de albumtitel Pay The Piper schuil lijkt te gaan is even gebiedend als ondubbelzinnig. Als rattenvanger van Hamelen eist The Mad Trist, 3VOOR12 Selecteert… van deze maand, vanaf de eerste seconde de volledige aandacht van de luisteraar, om die pas na tien vuige rocknummers weer los te laten. Zelf ontkennen ze het dreigement overigens in alle toonaarden.

di 17-08-10 15:05 – Met de woorden: “geen Freskeu, geen Fres-Q, geen Freske, mijn enige naam is FRESKUUUUU,” opent Fresku zijn debuutalbum. Als je het helemaal goed uit wil spreken zeg je ‘Friskoe’. Fresku heeft met overtuiging, openheid en kunde een sterk debuut gemaakt.
